A good friend sent me 2 bottles of the original Stem Cell Enhancer in October of 2005. I was intrigued by what I had read about the product, although it was new and the company had not yet formerly launched. However, with no expectations, I started taking 2 capsules in the morning, and my husband 2 capsules 2x a day.
A week later we were at a conference in Southern California to listen to the neurophysiologist and co-formulator of the Stem Cell Enhancer product. AT 8am, in my hotel room, I attempted to collect hot water from the coffee maker in order to make a cup of green tea. Somehow I burned my fore finger when it touched the hot plate of the coffee maker. A blister immediately appeared and began to fill with fluid.
Not having anything in my luggage to treat this burn, I ignored it as best I could and attended the conference. At lunchtime, I remembered my finger and the burn. To my shock, the blister was gone. I looked at all of my fingers, thinking maybe I had the wrong one. I suddenly remembered the two capsules I had taken that morning, and instantly realized that …

UPDATE - Stem Cell Enhancer -
What I have noticed most recently using this product is the brown age spots (often referred to as Liver Spots) on my hands have faded and the raised bumps have flattened out. Now I have just very light freckles on my hands - no raised bumps. Liver spots indicate that the body is not fully healthy on the inside - so this is all good news for me. My body is repairing from the inside out.
I am in my 50's and I now take a minimum of 4 capsules (2 capsules 2x a day). Sometimes I take two capsules 3x a day. The older generation have less stem cells naturally being released from the bone marrow - so higher dosages can be beneficial.

While in South Africa recently a business associate of mine showed me the new hair coming in on her scalp after taking the product for 4 months. This person also has myelin sheath degeneration (MS) and is looking forward to the results of an upcoming brain scan to see the impact adult stem cells have had on this condition. What are Adult Stem Cells?
A stem cell is a cell that has the ability to duplicate itself endlessly and to become cells of virtually any organ or tissue in the body. Stem cells are found in human embryos, and are also found abundantly in the tissues of the body after we are born, which are termed Adult Stem Cells. Abstract
OBJECTIVE: The goal of this study was to evaluate effects on human stem cells in vitro and in vivo of an extract from the edible cyanobacterium Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA) enriched for a novel ligand for human CD62L (L-selectin). EXPERIMENTAL APPROACH: Ligands for CD62L provide a mechanism for stem cell mobilization in conjunction with down-regulation of the CXCR4 chemokine receptor for stromal derived factor 1. Affinity immunoprecipitation was used to identify a novel ligand for CD62L from a water extract from AFA. The effects of AFA water extract on CD62L binding and CXCR4 expression was tested in vitro using human bone marrow CD34+ cells and the two progenitor cell lines, KG1a and K562. A double-blind randomized crossover study involving 12 healthy subjects evaluated the effects of consumption on stem cell mobilization in vivo. RESULTS: An AFA extract rich in the CD62L ligand reduced the fucoidan-mediated externalization of the CXCR4 chemokine receptor on bone marrow CD34+ cells by 30% and the CD62L+ CD34+ cell line KG1A by 50% but did not alter the CXCR4 expression levels on the CD34(-) cell line K562. A transient, 18% increase in numbers of circulating CD34+ stem cells maximized 1 hour after consumption (P<.0003). When 3 noncompliant volunteers were removed from analysis, the increase in CD34+ cells was 25% (P<.0001). CONCLUSION: AFA water extract contains a novel ligand for CD62L. It modulates CXCR4 expression on CD34+ bone marrow cells in vitro and triggers the mobilization of CD34+ CD133+ and CD34+ CD133(-) cells in vivo.
